Wrong mike. Having peculiar fins you also need different technique. You may use the same with all the fins but then you will not use full potential.

So does this formula go along w. the change in pressure, ie:
.9 cu.ft. would be 66, 1.2 @ 99, etc?
Is the .3 per minute based on still motion at said depth w. optimum breathing, or am I way off here?

Well, it does of course follow changes in pressure, but I don't really follow your numbers.

As simply as I can possibly put it, when the pressure doubles, the volume of an air bubble halves. So at 33 feet, given no other variables, your air consumption doubles with respect to your air consumption at the surface.
