*NEW* TROPICAL STORM WARNING (NOT Nesat / Pedring !!!)

Hot on the heals of Typhoon Nesat, a tropical depression 22W is currently located approximately 800 nautical miles East-northeast of Manila, and is forecast to move generally westward towards the Batanes Islands. This weather system is expected to increase in intensity within the next 48 hours to typhoon status, and is forecast to close on the Batanes Islands by Friday, before moving into the South China Sea.

Interesting, thanks. I see both Nesat & Pedring on respective lists at Worldwide Tropical Cyclone Names So will the local name for this one be Quiet? I see that some lists do not go in alphabetical order too.
