As far as glass breaker goes, probably best Reddit remedy, is to duct tape over it.

At 1/3 the price, it’s looks so much like it that I wouldn’t be surprised it the actual maker isn’t the same.

Update;
After a few dives with my normal hose the stuff off, the tool has shown it will require more care which should not be a surprise for a fairly complicated tool, my titanium knife does fine with no extra care but this tool with the various pivots and springs will require at least the attention that regular sheers do, a good soaking and something like spray silicone to penetrate the nooks and crannies.

The upside is they are more compact than standard sheers
But without taking the time to protect them they could be useless when you need them.

I see your beat me to it lexvil. I was going to post that even the actual leatherman branded tool rust easily and goes dull quickly. I purchased three of them to use at work before I gave up and bought a pair of x-shears. This was for work in the ER and not diving. We do have a habit of cleaning stuff with bleach wipes so if we’re not careful things can rust on us, and these shears were not near as stainless as you’d hope.
