New to Board :-)

Hi everyone!
I'm a friend of Colin's, he's been raving about the board & diving for so long now, I decided to join! I'm considering taking a course in the spring to be able to dive myself. Anyone got any tips & advice? I do not know much yet about diving. Colin suggested that I look around on the site to get a "feel" for it.
