You are correct NDL_DiverGato and Chino used to work for Aldora and are highly respected dive and boat Captain. They broke from Aldora and run their own boat now. I think Jorge works there also.
Is the port open? I have seen a couple of small boats out there today on the webcam at Grand Park Royal Cozumel en vivo, Cozumel - Webcams de México.This is a tough one to be sitting on the shore - beautiful blue skies and "perfect" weather IF you are 1 block away from the water. The north wind is chilly and water is very choppy.
