I put two 4 lb hard weights in the supplied pockets (behind the back), and zip-tied the other two 4-lb hard weights to the little straps sewn into the sides of the wing. I'm going to get some Velcro straps for the latter, so I don't have to cut them off to remove them (don't like putting sharp objects that close to the wing).

Bob, I hear you. This picture was taken about 10 minutes into the first dive on the Katana out of the box. I didn't have bungee length issues, but it was frankly surprising how well it did out of the box. I can't ditch the Nomad until I go CCR as I still need the lift capacity for some of the cave diving I'm doing, but it is now my primary rig. Highly recommended
