I missed out on the atolls as I was trying to do a non-blue hole trip. Better would have been to book any attol trip, including the blue hole one, and just not dive the blue hole. Particularly as BH is a big draw so its trips go more often. People vary on BH, it did not seem the place to dive with a random group of less experienced divers. San Pedro is great, have a good trip.
