you cant expect someone to dive with that thing? Unlees it is a propulsion system i dont get it
 
doesn't this counter the need to dive trim? Perhaps it would be good for technical diving if you use multiple tanks?

If you try to enter a cave with that thing on, you'd probably get stuck, like trying to walk through a door while carrying a ladder horizontally in front of you. :)
