It would only be a guess... Cochran originally purchased them for their rebreather program and they spec out as high performance but I don't have much more info than that...
RB's don't need much of a reg. Many CCR's with SP MK2's on them. They don't have to work much at all compared to OC.DepthCharge:

I bought one of these (DIN) and used it on my pony/deco bottle on my Oriskany dives this summer. I am very satisfied with its performance.

I used two on my doubles rig and have dove them to 122 feet with no noticable performance changes. Wonderful regs.
