How did you get the iphone’s IMEI/MEID or ICCID? You need to have the passcode for that. Do you really think that this is a “sales” issue?
The iPhone is a USB device, yes? There is a iSerialNumber string descriptor that I sure hope is unique for Apple phones. They would be able to track it off that.

14(!) Apple watches have died on you "for no reason"? That's...remarkable.
1 of them was probably due to power tool use while wearing it, although I did similar work with my series 3 with no problems, the others were for no reason that Apple or I can figure out! They even upgraded me from the series 6 to the series 7 for free because of all my problems.

This is what I got back from Apple developer support. I encourage anyone who’d like to see a good selection of DC apps to provide feedback to Apple via the link provided. When I provided feedback I linked to this thread so it would be nice if people could lay off with the negative views of corporations such as Apple and Huish.

Looking today, the depth sensor information should be available through the Core Motion framework. Here is a link to the documentation including the CMWaterSubmersionMeasurement class. There is not a lot of information there yet, but it may provide a starting point.

Sorry -- I have never been great at towing the party line; and those companies, having since been swallowed by the gaping maw of Huish -- many of whom were once readily available over the phone -- have now been funneled through Utah, noticeably distant from any sea, since the Cretaceous.

When I had questions for BARE, Oceanic or Zeagle, years back, it was either a call to BC, CA or FLA, not to Suzy Creamcheese and an interminable phone tree in Salt Lake City . . .

And what is wrong calling to Utah again? I know that using funny adjectives sounds like you are making a case but they really don't anything except sound funny, nothing to buttress your argument. I have ALWAYS gotten the support I needed from Huish and their "Creamcheese" and was routed to the right person to ask questions or needed help. You now have one number and one company to deal with what used to be many companies with different workflow, procedures, policies, people, etc. I truly have no complaints about their services. My understanding (actually first hand knowledge), they have implemented a very powerful ERP system with CRM, etc. and it seems that things are moving much faster now than ever before.

What once took days, in the case of Zeagle or Bare, can now takes weeks, and serial emails, to accomplish.

When I dealt with Zeagle, in the past, it was simply a call to Zephyrhills, and parts, straps, what-have-you in the mail within days. I still have unanswered inquiries regarding Bare, from early September.

Seen a calendar lately?

I have no issues whatsoever with Huish, my emails are answered within the same day or next depending on time zone. Orders take 1 week to go out, more or less.
