Actually there's a study going on in Portugal exactly on that topic (hyperbaric treatments for fertility) [Google translated link]Who other than Apple, now allows you to both decompress, and to determine whether you may be ovulating?
Same here. Sadly, I live far from the ocean now and only manage three or four live aboard trips per year. It's not clear whether or not you can pay for just a single month. That might make more sense for me.$80/year is a non-starter for me. Oceanic is not shipping any hardware, taking 99% of their BOM cost out, and they still want $80/year -- insanity! I ordered the watch but will wait for the first non-subscription option.
Entirely agree. This is targeted at the occasional diver that goes on vacation and does a couple dives. No one is buying the Apple watch to replace a Shearwater. Diving is just a bonus feature in addition to everything else. I doubt that anyone on a New Jersey dive boat will sport one. But at a Club Med?
In other words, not too many on SB with high post counts. This is not their target audience.
it has a sapphire crystal display. Your not going to scratch it unless you rub it against a diamondA.I. or no go for me. If they get A.I., then I'm in a quandary. I'm an Apple user - macs, iPhones, kid's got an iPad Mini. I use a modestly priced Casio G-Shock watch because I don't want to live in fear of scratching the display and I'm a bit rough and careless (bull in a china shop kinda guy).
Brilliant, something else to look out for on my metal detecting dives.Good to 40 m / 130 ft. $800 and includes a cellular radio.
Man, I thought I was never going to get a smart watch, but if it's actually a good dive computer I think I would have to get one.
Looks like the software is by Oceanic. Picture from Apple via Macrumors.
They offer 1 day ($4.99), 1 month ($9.99) and annual ($80) subscriptions. There may be a few others but these are the ones that stand out in my 5am mind.Same here.
