Neoprene gloves under dry gloves?

A friend of mine who has been diving drygloves for abot ten years swears by a kind of pre shrunk woolen gloves, as they wont shrink any more, and as the fabric is really dense, it wont compress easily either, thereby staying warm and nice.

Good point. Air activated heat pads will get hotter as the PPrO2 goes up. Sodium acetate ones, however, have a very consistent heat output and are not subject to getting warmer at depth. Moreover, they're reusable, which is good for the environment.

Fourth Element has some 1.5mm undergloves that I use. They are quite warm. They are designed to be worn over a thinsulate glove.

I sourced a larger size glove that will enable me wear thicker under gloves. I'm going glove shopping tomorrow. I'm prepared to give up some dexterity in favor of warmth. Cheers.
