My dad is going to Punta Cana in DR at the end of November. I know the diving isn't very good there but here are his questions
1) What are the dive ops in Punta Cana?
2)Can one spearfish there?
3)Are there any wrecks or caves near by. (He is intro certified but has been looking for an opp to do cave 1)
