Need help choosing dive site

Hello all. My wife, her grandfather and I are going on a cruise in early December to Key West, Belize, Cozumel and Progresso Yucatan. To keep the peace, I agreed that we would dive at only one of our stops, so I want it to be good.
We have both been to Key West and enjoyed the diving there, but I'm concerned about conditions during that time of year. I have already been to Cozumel and loved it, but I would hate to pass up a better opportunity due to lack of information. I know absolutely nothing about Belize and Progresso.
So, does anyone have any recommendations for the best dive given the time of year?

Go to Coz! I wouldn't even think twice about it. We did Belize off NCL and it sucked. Key West is average at best. I know nothing about "Progresso" but I bet its not very good.

When did you go on that cruise? What was so bad about it? We went to Key West in August and my wife loved it. It was her second "real" dive and her first was a very bad day in Palm Beach.
Also, I was hoping to dive somewhere other than Cozumel this time because they have a sub trip I would like to go on since her grandfather will be with us.
Since you've obviously been there, do you have any suggestions for us with her 85 year old ambulatory grandfather?

Of those 4 islands, Coz has to be my first choice, Belize would be second because the water temp in Key West in December would be cooler than I would dive in a wetsuit. I also know nothing about Progresso as far as diving goes.
