Anybody out lately. I'm looking for water temps and vis reports. Going near edgemont, and out to Tug orange.

Thx in advance

I had a report of 15' in 50' off Clearwater. With the moon tides, you might be Ok on the Tug if you catch it at the peak of the high tide.

I went out fishing with some friends on Wednesday and stoped at the Betty Rose for a quickie and the vis was maybe 3 foot at best and at the tramp steamer it was maybe 10 foot, I only did 1 tank between the 2 spots, The seas where 1 foot all the way to south county (tug Orange), then it was 3 to 5 all the way out to the tramp steamer, same on the way in. Water temp was 82.

I was going to try to get out to the Tramp Steamer Saturday AM, but you guys aren't making me feel very good about it....

Ok, I guess I'm taking the boat to Crystal river. I'm taking the wife out on her first OW dive ever (except for her check out dives). I can just picture her trying to climb up the swim ladder, screaming through her little blue snorkel as the back of the boat shoots up 4 feet then drops 4 feet over and over... Hey, wait a minute, does America's funniest video's still have that $10,000.00 dollar first prize !?

Now they're calling for 15 - 20 knots on Saturday AM. I'm not up for that. This is two weekends in a row I've been blown out:( I should have taken the day off, 'cause the conditions looked great today.

Guess I'll spend Saturday morning putting some more wax on the boat instead....

While it might be funny for you there would be a price for your laughing at her expense. You know that would be ugly for you.
