Need advice where to dive - Singapore in Dec/Jan

Dec/Jan not the best time to dive this region. But rather than just walking in Orchard road you can go to Bintan Island Indonesia, 40 minute by Ferry - you may have a day trip of 2 dives in poor visibility water. Or other choice is Tioman island malaysia - but again the visibility may not good. with your money probably you'l get 6 dives.

Some of us dive at Pulau Hantu during the monsoon season. The visibility isn't great (an understatement - the best so far is 5m, and the worst is about arm-length) and the current could be rather strong. However if you like the macro stuff, you may be able to spot many different types of nudibranches/ flatworms/ sea slugs...

Usually a day-trip (2 dives) to P. Hantu is what the divers do.
