need advice on xdeep dive computers

This is definitely not the root cause. If the processor is generating heat, it should affect the temp sensor, and both C and F reading should be off but consistent. My guess is that the equation to convert from C to F or vice versa is wrong.
(°C × 9/5) + 32 = °F is a pretty hard formula to mess up :p xDeep already confirmed this is not the cause. They are apparently testing a fix right now.

I would like to state for the record that I am in no way associated with xDeep and was not paid to write what I wrote. I simply wrote my review this way because I like the product.

Indeed this is something xDeep have never seen before. All other users of their computers seem to report the SI just fine. I have reset my device as instructed by Piotr and will be testing it on 4 dives this weekend. I'll be happy to report back with my findings after discussion with Piotr next week. :)
