I don't give a **** what my webbing looks like, but I'm not a dandy.

I'd've gone for colour-matching my wing if it was all the same, because why not. But as it happened I had accumulated enough DRiS store points to get their webbing for 1/4 the of what I'd have to pay for the red kind.

I was in a similar boat as yourself but I was getting my first harness. I was thinking one of the deluxe style ones with more adjustment would be better. I came across a deal for a dive rite transplate harness so jumped on it. I ended up also ordering a full single piece set up from piranha.
The piranha set up you can see below. I went with hi viz green webbing, all black hardware, 2 bent and 2 straight d rings, I went with 4 smooth tri glides and two teethed for the shoulder d rings. The stainless smooth ones are for the back side of the plate for the waist webbing. The black ones will be on the waist belt itself for the d rings.i also ordered a double ended black clip off tri glide for a couple of extra attachment points.
The crotch strap is a dive rite 2” while the trim pockets are dgx and cam bands are dgx stainless. View attachment 548612

You've already got 6 d-rings, why on earth do you think you need another tiny one welded to a tri-glide?

Secure a whistle?

On the main harness I only have 4. The rear crotch strap is for my smb. I don’t plan to use the front one on the crotch strap. So back to having jusy 4 on the main harness. So I wanted one extra just in case I needed one but I lucked out with the tri glide with 2 smaller rings on it. I’m just trying to decide if I want it on the left waist belt or left side shoulder strap.

I'm curious what do you think you'll be carrying that 4 (enormous) d-rings will not provide adequate space? Standard is 3, and carrying 3 stage/deco cylinders on one side plus everything else a diver needs to carry is not an issue.

I don’t plan to be carrying so many items that I wanted every d ring occupied. It was just about having more places to clip something off if need be. That’s the great thing about harnesses, they can be made however an individual wants. I want more than 3 so i have more than three

Lol, ok. I'm sure Randy appreciates the extra profit.
