The manifold is made for 30 cu ft Luxfers. 4.9" diameter on a 5.125" spacing.
 
Yeah, that is the tank I keep coming back to also but just not completely happy with them.

Hi Nimrod,

Why are you not happy with the 30's? By the way, when I am not diving a rebreather, my main rig is triple 40's.:D My backup rigs are triple 35s and quad 20s.
 
I have seen a few diff harness set ups used on triples including, but not limited to slots cut as mentioned before and eye bolts mounted through the top bands. I have a master harness maker waiting int he wings to make the harness. I am stuck on the bands however.
 
It is easy to fabricate one.
Was that a triple manifold that you shortened or was the center section from something else?

The center section was a single J valve that I machined off the J end, through drilled and threaded both sides 1/4" NPT and screwed and silver soldered two GCA 346 air nipples.
 
Ah-ha, starting with a post valve J valve....very clever.:cool3:
