Make a paper template, and use a hacksaw, a file, and a drill
and do yourself a favour and go grab yourself a camera first

Bands are not that hard to make if you can drill SS, and get a fab shop to shear SS. I have made custom lp72 and lp50 bands and have the measurements..you just have to use spacers...
You just let the threaded rod hold the overlap together... not ideal, but that's how I make them before it gets welded... (see org double tank on pic)
Something really small you might be able to get away with one band like the old vintage stuff did...
