A few of the local sports writers seem to be unusually harsh towards the Lakers this morning. Sure, it was a devastating loss... but at the beginning of the season who expected them to even be in the finals or Kobe to have won MVP? I think they did pretty well... the Celtics just did better.

I've never seen a professional team in a finals game give up.....until last night.
