NAUI Master Scuba Diver

Do any of the NAUI instructors here have a copy of a good Master Scuba Diver academic test? I thought I had a copy of the one I took when I did it but I can't find it anywhere and I want to retake the test and see where I stand right now academically. If anyone has one, please post it here in the thread or attach it so I can download it. Thanks a lot!
