What do you think she will do to you after the Davey is refitted, tested and ready to go?
Nice buy though!

Oh , Man you are so dead. I don't think this is one of those things you hide in the closet or say that you have had it for a long time.
Very nice new toy, can I have it when she finishes you off ?

How are you going to transport it, flat bed? That is quite a piece of machinery and if things go right, a tremendous bargain.

Road trip. She is going to visit her parents this weekend so I can sneak down to Pensacola and drive it back and hide it. :)

You can use my garage to hide it in. :D

If I scored a compressor for that kind of $$ even with some additional fit-up my wife would give me a big hug, maybe more. :)

Congratulations and good luck with the set-up.

Road trip? The tow speed for a pintal hook is 15 mph. I don't think it is street legal.

Ummm. I am taking a flatbed trailer. 'Course I could do the back roads and make it a really long road trip. :) Thanks for the encouragement all, I imagine I will have some questions down the line, and this forum seems to have a wealth of knowledge and some really great people. I am pretty mechanical (spent many years as a small diesel marine mechanic, refrigeration, etc.) but I imagine I will have a good bit of work.
