Wooooooooo Hoooooooooo.... she shore looks purty... maybe I should just mount her on the wall to look at? Yeah, right! If I can get her set up and tested out tomorrow, she may be going with me to 40 fathom grotto Saturday!!! I gots the hardware and the webbing, but I am still waiting for my 65 lb OMS wing (non-bungeed) to get here!!! I might have to go with my 100 lb bungeed one to do this weekend's dive.

Is that 1" webbing for the crotch strap??? Can I use the 2" stuff that I have? and is there a close up of how they have them fastened? It looks like two bolts.

Also, do I need to burn a hole in the strap right between the shoulders? Or do I just use the other hole for the STA or doubles?

Here's some more, Pete:

http://www.cisatlantic.com/trimix/CS/cstech.htm -- 2" crotch strap. This is how I have mine. It takes a lot of work with stiff 2" webbing, but once it's right, it's solid. I had a 1" for a long time, but it died.

Congrats on the new plate!

Mike

BTW, yes you need to burn a hole in the webbing at the top of the plate for the STA bolt.

That answered the rest of my questions! Instead of bolting the crotch strap though, I folded it through the slot cut for it on my BP. I terminated it the same way as I did the front.

Grommets seem to help the webbing as well, certainly anchors it in place.
