Lots of good advice- you really should buy a secondary dive computer and dive with it on every dive so that if your primary computer fails- you know what your saturation levels are. Otherwise you may wind up sitting out the rest of the days diving to be on the safe side. There are a lot of inexpensive ones out there and you don't need an air integrated one to serve as your backup.

One more vote for a back-up computer. C'mon- you can get a cheap Oceanic hockey puck and slip it into a socket in your gauge console, and it will always be there for you if your main computer fails. Just be sure to get extra batteries for all your computers (you DO have user serviceable computers, don't you?) and test your computers before you leave to insure function. By the way, that goes for all the rest of your gear also. Remember, there are no dive stores or repair shops out there.
I agree with the rest of the comments, but one of my favorites that no-one ever seems to mention is bring clamps! I mean the spring loaded pincher-style hand clamps that you can get for about a buck each at Harbor Freight, Menards, Home Depot, and any number of other places. Get the 2-3" jaw opening plastic ones with moveable jaws and a fairly strong spring grip. Do NOT get the all metal ones- they rust like mad. These are invaluable for clamping your towels/suits/wetsuits etc. to rails and such on the boat for drying off. Yes, I know that they will often supply clothespins for this purpose, and my advice is to ignore these and bring your own clamps. I have seen too many clothespins let go when a breeze comes up and the clothes they are holding start to flap around, but two of those plastic hand clamps will hold through just about anything. Just drape the suit (or whatnot) over the rail or whatever, and grab it together in two places with your clamps. I have had more comments like "Jeeze- I wish I had some of those" when I deploy my clamps on a liveaboard than I can count. Just a thought. Woody

After hitting the wrong button on my dive computer, accidentally setting it on free dive, and then getting locked out for 24 hours, I will always bring a back up computer. I am going to get something cheap (maybe used) before my next trip.

I generally take two mask, extra fin straps and just recently purchased a Nitrox compatible backup computer for around $200.00. And as most have mentioned, pack lite on the clothes. It has been my experience that on some boats one of the hands may have experience on serviceing gear while on a differnt boat they may not. They more than likely will have a spair/rental regulator and computers. I hope you enjoy your trip.
