My Diving Replacement for this Weekend

Why do I wait until its too late to have it ready for the Holidays every year?

I don't know man, I do the same damn thing. Octoberfest, hoilday ale, pumpkin ale... oh well. Some year ill get it right. At least my dubble is a close second. Plus some day im going to make a barley wine.

One year I actually had one ready to gift by Christmas with instructions to drink in January.
Since I don't bottle anymore, some of the bottles exploded in my friend Sues kitchen.
It was pretty tasty tho. Maybe I'll make one anyway so what if it won't be ready for the Holidays.
