I did a quick check on my Atomic Cobalt dive computer and you would have been WELL into deco on dive #2. I'm glad you went to the hospital. Be safe.

according to my calculations you would have gone into Deco on your second dive. I assume you do not have a computer as you should have noted this.

I suggest you look at investing in at least a 2 gas NITROX capable computer prior to you next diving excursion to keep you out of trouble or at least rent one and know how to use it.

also if its possible take the NITROX course as it will help extend your NDL and reduce your Nitrogen loading.

Since none of us know what his profiles were for dives 1 and 2, there's no way to say whether he was outside NDLs for dive 2. Lecturing the OP about needing to get and learn to use a computer because otherwise this "fact" would have been obvious to him is asinine.
 
Assuming a square profile, and the time quoted was run time to ascent and with no conservatism and with +3 conservatism. Even if he was a SEAL and super fit looks like there sure was some lost deco time.
