The question is, did you read the post 37 times? And was it worth it?

I would also like to point out that the system worse just fine. Turn off all email notification and enjoy the peace and quiet .

I always get multiple alerts for threads and PM's, but it's easy to skip past all the extras when I am sorting my email, so it's no big deal. Always curious about why it happens, but it's hardly a significant problem.
