So I have some lp95s with what I assume are provalves allowing to convert from yolk to din. Any reason I can't take the inserts and use them in another din valve? Assuming thread count and working pressure are the same of course. In a sense, I'm just asking if they are basically generic adapters.

You can use them in 200bar din valves but not in 300bar din valves. It sounds like you already know that the thread count between them is different. The thread pitch and size is the same for din scuba regulators here in the USA.

They also make block off plugs so you can take a set of doubles apart and use them as singles, without having to buy new valves.

Thanks guys.
