With as much as something like this would cost, it could have sensors to keep it so many feet from the bottom or other solid objects. If you are going to dream--at least make it positive. Life is negative enough on its own.
Look on the bright side---
It didn't kick up any silt or produce any tiller effect
There were no jets or split fins involved
There were no bp/w's or jacket involved
No chance of buddy seperation
Nothing dangling to hit the coral reef
This thing could put a lot of cyber fights to rest!
