So your regulator may have an issue but you plan on diving it anyway?

Granted it may be something small but why would you chance it?

If you're not in the water; it (the diaphragm) may vibrate. Try it in the water. It will probably be quiet.

My R190 vibrates on the surface and not in the water and it was recently serviced. I don't see it as a problem.
 
Well I've what I think are similar issues. In one case there were actually cracks in the core of the first stage. The reg still breathed fine but it sounded like a sub-Duck and my buddies thought I was calling them. Second one (slightly different noise) was a diaphragm-related issue in the second stage. I'd have yours checked just in case.
