Well the weather Gods kicked me in the groin again. This trip through Lynnhaven Dive Center has been canceled due to Small Craft Advisories.
Well that is part of diving especially in the Mid-Atlantic.

Hopefully march will be a better month for diving. Maybe we can drum up interest for the weekend of March 17th/18th for a boat trip out of LDS. Both of the dives listed on their website look good for a beginner like me.
Are there any viable shore dives in the local area? Probably not, but I'm game for a try if anyone else is. Maybe the CBBT?

Sorry to hear RAD. We were pulling for you. We got to Willow Springs in PA Saturday- you should come join us sometime- camping is available, maybe this summer. More about that in a different post.
BobbyT22- VA is a little dicey on beach dives- I have been told at least some of the sites are illegal to dive. Not sure if that is site specific, or only on lifegaurded beaches, or whatever....check, as it would be bad to go to jail in neoprene.....

Bobby; sounds good to me my B-day is the 16th & I was hoping to hit Wilmington for a quick day of diving, but it looks as if we will be having some of my wifes family in town for that weekend so I can sneak off for a local dive with little problem.
Richard; we will definatly be bumming about missing the FG trip, but her Italy trip was planned years ago & is near & dear to her heart so I must abide. Wish you were going to the Lakes with the rest of us. Hows that Meg doin?
