After I took the photos, I saw the sign "no flash".

I didn't go to the Kawasan Falls but did dive in the pescador island.
 
Just back from Moalboal on around June 5th, we went with Nelson's Dive across from Seaquest, and stayed at Eve's Kiosk, it had been over 12 years since I had last been to Moalboal and it seems to be still 'hanging in there'
