Just for clarification, I did not produce this I just stumbled across it on you-tube and will be using it as a referance for my first attempt at a rebuild.
 
No expert here, but he didn't change out the seat or the o-rings.

It is nice working on a clean, freshly serviced regulator. I have never seen a din retainer like that before. It clearly shows how simple the Mk2 is. I prefer to really load up the lube on the dynamic o-rings. And I don't lube the exposed o-ring that seals the tank valve. It is a bit of a shame to have gone through all that and not demonstrated the removal of the HP seat. Finally, I doubt if he even came close to the spec torque on the din retainer.

In spite of a few differences, I bet that regulator will work just fine for quite a while. This should be a very helpful video for those looking to get started on DIY.
