I agree the only remotely hard part about it is the c clip retaining the bushing and HP o-ring. You need long reach o-ring pliers, but as you poiunt out it is no harder than installing the HP o-ring in a Mk 5 or Mk 10.

The boot on my MK15 is 3/4" wide and the chamber is packed with Scubapro environmental silicone part # 41-035-000. I ran out of the scubapro silicone and was going to use Dow Corning 111 silicone next time I overhaul the reg.
