Mixed group diving/ snorkel tours

My wife and I are going to Cancun for a week in March w/ another couple... me and my wife are certified divers the other couple is not. We're looking for a boat that does both scuba and snorkel outings together - preferably one that does a certified scuba / introductory scuba / snorkel on the same trip.

Any suggestions ?
