It appears from the photo, the reg is way too high up on that BP to dive properly.
The BP has a handle on the cam band. To carry it on the handle, it needs to be near the center of gravity. You did see the part about configuring the the straps...

To illustrate, the cans need to be flat up against the back and situated low between the shoulder blades to get the best breathing performance. IMHO :)

The photo is deceptive and these regs go a lot only where they go and the guy is getting on 7 feet tall
