Former Warren mayor dies while scuba diving in Florida
FORT MEYERS, Fla.—A former Warren, Minn., mayor died while scuba diving over the weekend in southern Florida.

Robert Kliner, 66, died Sunday "while fulfilling his lifelong dream of a deep dive after becoming scuba certified," an obituary posted on DuBore Funeral Home's website stated.

After working as a lineman for PKM Electric Co-op for more than 35 years, Kliner had recently retired. He and his wife of 45 years, Vicki, had traveled to Florida, where the two enjoyed the warm weather, scuba diving, gathering shells and long walks on the beach. The couple had three sons.
