Whats a Poker Run?
Its the opportunity to combine both skill and luck for a chance to win one of several valuable prizes. More than that, however, its the chance to spend a morning at Millbrook with good friends while diving and having a great time.
Here is how it works:
All participants must pre-register at Adventure Scuba Company. Your registration fee includes Millbrook admission.
Participants will meet at Beach One at Millbrook at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 30.
You and your buddy will have until noon to enter the water and locate five sacks, each containing a different color marble. Each buddy collects one marble from each of the sacks.
Upon returning to shore, divers get to exchange their marbles for randomly selected playing cards.
The divers will then be divided into groups of five. The highest hand in each group progresses to the next round.
The elimination will continue until we have our first- and second-place winners and four runner ups, all of whom will receive prizes. (Prizes to be announced shortly).
