Canadian authorities have issued a product recall notice today for Miflex High Pressure Scuba Diving Hoses.

Thanks to vancouverdiver for finding this.

Further discussion over in Miflex HP recall??.

BTW, I thought Canadian and US authorities usually co-ordinated their recall notices. Or maybe the American one just hasn't been posted quite yet.
