I've dove Caspar, Mendo Headlands, and Shelter, but not lately. Are you seeking info about these areas or just current conditions?Mike Matthews:

Just wanted to know how the diving has recently been. They are my old grounds, I now live in Oregon, and I am planning on making a trip this summer.

well, they are still there, thats for sure, but Shelter Cove is a lot more crowded than it used to be.
