Caloy, those sunsets are amazing. Were you using a filter?
Parabolic, what an experience that must have been.
I agree with Soggy. I would have probable walked past those oars, but you prove them to be worthy subjects, Jonix. That the reason why this is easily my favourite thread. I have learned so much... very inspiring.

Diver Dennis:
A few winter shots. I'll be far from the snow in a few days so I took a few to remind me of home... *sniff, sniff* ;)

I'm not much of a topside photographer so be gentle...

not much of a topside photographer, eh? don't kid yourself :D . these are beautiful. I've never seen ice formations on branches like those before except during ice storms.

Simply beautiful, Dennis! Your exposure appears spot on. What settings did you use, if I may ask?

thanks fastmarc. it was dennis, jam & caloy who inspired me to look at ordinary things differently. :)

@dennis: oi! great shots buddy love them all! ;)

2nd pic is my favorite :D

Thanks Gio and Jon. We get frost like that all the time when the temp drops. I live right on a river and the steam deposits on the branches. It starts falling off as the sun warms the tree branches.

cowabunga.

looks cold...very beautiful, Dennis.
