Megadive O-5!

Well, the wife, who now appears to detest Ginnie springs, because she hates her role as bubble watcher, but wont get up the nerve to take OW. She has asked if we could go visit some family of hers in Stewart florida. To sweeten the pot, she thinks that going diving for lobster with her cousin will have some effect on me. Let me see, probably two whole dives in a relatively featureless area(correct me if I'm wrong about that), looking for lobster OR, going to a dive site I enjoy, gettign in six or more dives, featureless or not, to spend time with people I like and enjoy diving with and cutting up with....hmmmmmmmmm..tough call that one. Damn marriage, odds are I'll end up having to cave (no pun intended) in and go to Stwart.... I'll be hard pressed to convince her we should do both....

Ok, this is where I'm at. Havent run the lack of lobster season past her yet, but last evening, my idea was for me to make the dive trip by myself and we go to Stewart together another date, she was receptive. Why does marriage have to be so blooming difficult?!?!?

Well, at least we were able to compromise...I'd prefer her company, but a weekend as a bachelor won't be too bad...

We're going to try and make it this year, last year we didn't, with the new baby and all, but she'll be a little more than a year this go around. And she is a "bubble watcher"....for right now anyway (smile).

Haven't had the chance to dive with any of the Savannah Dive Club Regulars, figured this might be a good opportunity. Besides, wheres the fun in diving, if you are doing it without friends?

I hear ya...last year I only dove once after having the baby, but we are planning a lot more this upcoming season. We're even looking into semi dry suits for year round diving.

Can we reserve camping spots early?

I wouldnt see why not, Ken is already working on reserving his two favorite sites, I'm sure if you message him (deepseawolf) he will be able to help you locate sites that will be near the rest if thats what you like, or which sites you might want to avoid, whatever floats your BC/backplate ...LoL
