Maryland, (the state I was born in and resided in until I was 17), appears not to have any "central records keeping".
Everyone has central record keeping.

It may not be old like you. :)

For the record, I was called cranky first, I was responding.
Recheck the posts. I was calling @davehicks cranky - both times. :)

Oh that’s too bad. I hope you find somewhere else you can dive during that time instead.
Feel better?
Yes, thank you. Very kind. :)

I have the scar from the injection, but no paper proof of it.
That scar is probably from the small pox vaccination. Is it on your arm, near the shoulder? My mom asked the doc to give me and my sister ours on our hips so we wouldn't have that visible scar on our arms. I don't think there's any scarring from a measles vaccination. Also, google tells me that the measles vaccine didn't become available until 1963 - so if you're close to Scubadada's age you probably didn't get it as a child.

You’re correct. Smallpox vaccination scar. Going to have to check w siblings re measles vaccination

And it is certainly your right to choose to stay home.
I refuse to step foot in the US. That’s my choice, I am also unlikely to ever do a livaboard anywhere, for a multitude of reasons.
I’m not sure why some people don’t understand that a country makes rules, and whether we think they are stupid or not we are required to follow them if we wish to visit. Don’t want to follow them? Stay home or go elsewhere. Simple.

You should rethink the liveaboard, sounds like it would be a hoot on the boat.

Thank yew.
Yew are welcome, it was not a difficult decision.

Sorry, so you did.

Nope, too many icky people, too little space. Plus hubby walks about 10 miles a day, He’d probably create a whirlpool and sink the boat. It was dizzying enough to watch him on the private island we vacationed on.

Okay, well happy 4th of July and I hope you enjoy the holiday.
