Are the consumables for the Coltri MCH 6 and Max Air 35 interchangeable? Where is the best place to order them. Thanks in advance!
Bill

It is the same compressor. MaxAir buys the Coltri compressor and puts their own stickers on them. The suggested oil is the CS751 in the US or 750 in the EU. There are three filter cartridges available ... one that is all molecular sieve, one that also has activated charcoal and another that also has a CO scrubber. There are two different 100 hour service kits ... one with a JIC 4th stage head for pre 2004 compressors and another with a compression fitting head.

Hope that helps.

Thanks. Mine has a compression fitting out of the 4th stage. Is there a way to teill how old the compressor is? The hour meters reads 146 so I guess I am due for that 100 hrs kit.

There should be a number on the casing by the oil spout. The first part of the number indicates the month and year, while the rest of the number indicates the number for the month. for example, 131800 indicates 2013, January and the 800th compressor for that month.
