Merxlin, Tiny Bubbles will pick you up in a van, drive to local dive site and help you lug gear. Tim also has scooters, but they are the pistol grip type and might not work so well with your shoulder. Maui Scuba Luv has the crotch-rocket scooters, but they are down in Makena.

Sorry I'm just replying. Conditions and some personal issues kept me out of the water for the first time ever while visiting Maui. I talked to a couple people that used Tiny Bubbles that really liked them, as did one man who dove with Extended Horizons. I'll try to use them both next trip. Thanks for the info!
