I'm a Fish!
Aloha to All,

I have been searching for the manufacturer of a specific slap strap, and I need help! I am looking for a neoprene slap strap with buckles not velcro, but not the quick release buckles that are easy to find. My customers and students seem to have problems with the quick release buckles because they seem to quick release at the wrong times. Anyway, I have seen these neoprene mask straps that have a more permanent buckle almost like the stoppers that go on a weight belt to hold weights in one place. You simply double thread the strap through the buckle and it never moves unless you move it.

I hope someone knows what I am talking about and can help me find it.

Either way I hope everyone keeps diving,

Mahalo from Maui

I use an Ocean Master mask with the Q-strap and I love it. It has a wide neoprene "slap strap" but all the mask adjustment and buckles are behind my head, not on the sides. I've had it for years and I'm trying to find another Ocean Master Z2 mask to replace the one I've got that is getting old and gross looking.

Hmm... I don't recall seeing any, but could you use the kind with the "weight belt buckle" and simply replace the buckle with a "single-bar slide" of appropriate size?

(It's not the answer you were looking for, but it was as close as I could find.)

tampausmc,

Those are the ones! Thank you all for your help. Best mask straps I have ever used.
