Or maybe you either gained or lost some weight?
Yes, maybe. I did lose over 20 pounds. I suppose even that little could affect the face.

Could you be occasionally breathing out of your nose? That breaks the seal and can cause ocasional leaks.
Saw a video on that and realized that as I descend that I deal with "increased pressure" in/on mask by blowing out of my nose.

When you fitted the mask at the shop did you have a snorkle or 2nd stage in your mouth?

Often when folks fit/buy masks they do a basic test by sucking air through the nose and feeling for the mask to hold a vacuum against the face/head....then they go dive and find it inexplicably leaks. The leak is often due to facial distortion caused by the 2nd stage (or snorkle) in the mouth.

That's what I was thinking - have 28" hose and even thought it has swivel (new) theres still alot of hose over there when diving - going to put my "old" hose back on and see if that helps

Ok ...
Going to stop pressurizing by blowing out of my nose....
Going to switch back to old (shorter) hose
May snug up just a "little bit"

Thanks for the input

I’m not sure that’s a good idea. Mask squeeze is a thing, you may have its skirt permanently imprinted on your face

Maybe you should book a pool session at your LDS, preferably with an observer, to try and find the leak source, test various permutations of your gear setup

Important to make a duck face when shopping for masks.

Don't "blow" out your nose, but do equalize by letting air flow out your nose. The thing is to avoid building up a positive pressure in the mask and producing bubbles.

Or just get really good at clearing your mask. Either way works.
