Just using Rover Manual and notice that the opening effort values have been transposed - metric and imperial!

Good catch.

Earlier versions of Mares' service documentation has it correct.

Here is a good reference (look at page 59 from the 2012 service manual) that indicates where to measure from when using the "submerge" method of checking cracking effort if/when a magnahelic is not available:

I've just completed another update to Mares Regulator Service Information . I've added the 2022 Service Tech Training manual which includes complete service info for several regs which we did not previously have including the 62X and 82X first stages and the Atlas Adj, SXS, Ultra and Ultra Adj second stages as well as updates for several others.

Also of potential interest are the following new(ish) Technical Bulletins:

TB37 Regulator Service Guideline and Service Intervals p. 216-217
TB38 Spring 50N p. 218
TB40 Spring 50N for 15X (updated 15X body) p. 240
TB42-bis New Trimaterial Poppet 2K22 [also new service kit part numbers] p. 219

Here's a direct link to the manual: https://lowwall.eu5.org/sm2022.pdf . It's too large (11.8mb) to attach here.

As always, if you find errors or would like to contribute something let me know.
