Mares Isotherm Seal Advice

Hi, I just got a new (pervious version) of the Mares Isotherm 6.5 mm semidry suit on ebay. It didn't come with any directions or tags. I'm reading things here and there about folding or rolling the wrist and ankle seals to form a better seal. Can anyone give me some more specifics? I'm also wondering about the neck seal, do I just leave it flat or should it be folded too? thanks for your help!

You should fold all 5 seals (neck, wrists, and ankles) in.
